We manage only a limited number of quality places to call home, where we can focus our attention to detail and properly & professionally manage where you call home!
We use a unique, proven approach to ensure that our residents actually want to live in our residences – not feel they are locked into expensive, long-term, unpleasant commitments. We’ve crafted our policies and protocols over the many years we’ve provided quality Property Management to ensure success and happy residents!
Our Principal – PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Our Managing Principal has almost 20 years experience in managing residential properties. We keep up-to-date and in compliance with national, regional & local housing laws and issues by maintaining state licensing. The rigorous continuing education requirements associated with maintaining our Illinois Managing Broker Real Estate license ensures we treat you with respect and fairness above all. We are committed to providing a quality rental experience at a fair and equitable price.
Are you looking on your own or with an agent?
Please understand, we represent and work for the landlord, owner or manager of our For Rent properties. In Illinois, that means we must explain to you the concept of No Agency Relationship. While we promise to treat you with the utmost respect & professionalism, our duty is to our client, to find a qualified renter prospect and to fill our investor/owner’s available rental. If you are working with a real estate professional, they owe you that same duty of respect & professionalism while they are acting as your representative. In order to keep our rents the most affordable we can, we unfortunately, cannot offer broker ‘co-op’, finders-fees or other rental financial incentives.
